Event Course
Course Description:

The start line is on the land bride at the beginning of the peninsula. We go out and around the point for the first quarter mile on a paved closed road, then riders will dive off into a series of double track and single track for the first 1mile. Trail then begins delivering all its treats for the next 7 miles with scenic lake overlooks, sweeping turns, rolling jumps, rock gardens, creek crossings, technical switchback climbs and descents. With only 450ft of total vertical climbing per lap, the course feels fast, yet there are enough sections to use your power for separation. After finishing your lap or laps, you get to sprint the final 150 yards up a 13% grade closed paved road for a finish line sprint that drives the crowd. A spectator friendly course where riders go by the start/finish line area a total of 4 times per lap.
