Our repair process: * Determine what you think you would like to have done to your bike. * Bring your bike in and let us discuss a service that might suit your needs. * Leave your bike with us and pick up a claim ticket. We'll give you an estimate on how much it'll cost and how soon your bike will be ready. We require a daytime phone number. * Please pick up your bike at its estimated completion time or within one week. Typical turnaround is 1-2 days, and in most cases after 4:00 pm.
