Travis,  Dan and David are at your Service. We realize that service is the difference maker. Travis is our head Mechanic. He began riding competitively 23 yrs ago, and began working in shops in the year 2000.  His mechanical aptitude is outstanding, and his background covers everything from BMX to Triathlon.  Travis has a great deal of experience and success in Custom wheel building, Campy Shifter rebuilds, and any suspension service.   Travis spends most of his time riding mountain bikes with friends at Hamilton Creek and Lock 4.

Dan is our Primary Bike Assembler. Dan is  methodical building our bikes and has been doing so for the past 3 years.  So far Dan has built over 1200 bikes for us.  Dan moved to Tennessee from San Antonio.  There he was part of  large club of mountain bikers. He moved to Tennessee to be with his wife, whom he met while she was doing a road  bike tour in San Antonio.  They live together happily in White House and Dan now does most of his riding with her on his Specialized Roubaix Expert.

Our repair process:

1. Determine what you think you would like to have done to your bike.
2. Bring your bike in and let us discuss a service that might suit your needs
3. Leave your bike with us and pick up a claim ticket.  We'll give you an estimate on how much on how soon your bike will be ready.  We'll require a daytime phone number to call you in case of an emergency.
4. Please pick up your bike at its estimated completion time or within one week of it.  Typical turnaround is 1-2 days.  And in most cases after 4:00 pm.
